The Pipeline Foundation advances women’s economic participation and leadership by equipping them with practical AI capabilities, professional networks and pathways to progress in a changing workplace.
Our focus is adult women: professionals, entrepreneurs, emerging leaders and women returning to work. We are developing an approach that connects learning to the decisions, responsibilities and opportunities women face in their working lives.
Our foundation’s wider purpose is to empower leaders and support diverse communities through training, partnerships and thought leadership.
